Jody is the Manager of the office.  He has been recruiting  since 1996.  He consistently ranks in the top 5% of recruiting within the MRI network.  Jody has broken almost every record in the history of MRI Pensacola.  These include: fastest first placement from the date of his hire; largest placement in the office; and largest billings and cash in. Jody specializes in senior level searches.  The majority of his searches are conducted on an engagement fee or fully retained basis.  The CSAM designation beside his name stands for Certified Senior Account Manager.  In order to achieve this distinction, an Account Executive must meet tenure and production requirements as well as successfully complete a rigorous and comprehensive examination.  The examination includes an in-depth study of Federal and State employment law as well as business practices and ethics.

Cale brings a wealth of industry experience to the office.  Cale has secured his niche by working vertically within any industry.  Whether his clients have needs for engineering, quality, sales, or senior level management expertise, our clients have learned that he can get the job done efficiently.  Cale spends the time with his clients and candidates to fully understand their needs.  He has a talent for matching candidates with clients that not only meet the technical requirements of a position, but will also integrate well into the corporate culture of the organization.  Cale works on both contingency searches and retained agreements.

His hobbies include: Spending time with his wife and 3 beautiful children.  He is an avid fisherman, diver and reef aquarium hobbyist.  He also enjoys camping, hiking, and the occasional game of poker.
